10km challenge - Week 3 Day 3

12 week 10km challenge:
WEEK 3:
Day 3:             Walk 5 minutes. Jog 5 minutes. Repeat three times. 

Note to self: it is not fun running past houses where people are braaing and all you can think about is the delicious smells wafting through the air.   And the fact that you are running instead of eating.  

PS: The field still needs mowing.
